My name is Jim Neal. I am the owner of Able Appliance. I have an amazing wife of nine years, two wonderful small children, and have been a part of the family business for approximately 16 years. We have more than 15 members of our family in our business combining for over 100 years of experience in appliance service and 25 years of heating and cooling experience.
Since starting this business in the metro Kansas City area 12 years ago, I have watched our company progress from a one-man operation to a company that employs 12 service technicians and 3 office employees. By providing exceptional service at a fair price, we strive to have people not only call us when we’re needed but to tell others about the positive experience that they have with our company.
With our service technicians' excellent work and the help of the communities we serve, we have been able to stay below the average of our competitors' prices. We continue to offer a $9.95 service call for appliances and $39.95 for heating and cooling calls. In addition to our competitive prices, we are striving to earn your business by offering a free service call with a qualifying repair. Our company provides same-day service in most cases and boasts a same-day repair rate of 83% for calls scheduled that day.
We provide service for most makes and models of refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, garbage disposals, ovens, cook tops, icemakers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, humidifiers and air cleaners.
