Outstanding Service / Very Affordable 5 Star Rating

Shortly after moving to Kansas City my washing machine broke down, so I went to the Yellow Pages to find an appliance repair company. I called Able Appliance, and they sent a technician out right away. He was very friendly and professional, and he got my washer working again in less than an hour. When he gave me the bill, I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive this repair was. I was so impressed that I told all of my friends and neighbors about Able, because it is rare to find such excellent service at a reasonable price. Last winter my heater quit working, on the coldest day of the year of course, and so I called Able again. John came out this time. He, too, was friendly and professional, and he got my heater working again quickly. When my ice maker recently quit working, I called Able again, and my experience was the same. Outstanding, friendly service and an inexpensive repair. It is always an aggravation when an appliance quits working, but it is really nice to know that I can call Able when these problems occur, and that they will send someone out promptly to take care of the problem at a reasonable price. It is a pleasure to do business with these people!
